Daddy Cars has confirmed project-managed local transport support that can be used where a journey would otherwise become a genuine barrier to participation.
Daddy Cars has confirmed practical transport support for Common Ground to use around genuine participant access needs. The support is managed through the project rather than handed out as cash.
In a rural district, transport can be the difference between being interested and actually being able to attend. This contribution gives Common Ground another way to respond when a local journey is the barrier.
Useful support, used carefully
The support is not an entitlement attached to every place. It is one practical option that can be matched to real need alongside the wider travel support already built into the funded programme.
