Common Ground is designed so public browsing is separate from secure application, participant and project-lead areas. We collect only the information needed to run the programme responsibly.
Who is responsible for the information
Common Ground is led by Tawanda Mukoko through Mukoko.Studio. Privacy questions, access requests and requests to correct or remove information can be sent to hello@mukoko.studio.
What we collect
The application may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, age and Fenland eligibility confirmations, Fenland area, preferred contact method, creative interests, possible story ideas, availability, access or support needs, referral information and any optional files you choose to upload.
Why we use it
Information is used for programme application review, eligibility checks, access planning, participant communication, delivery, evaluation and consent-led publication where relevant. Application information is not treated as permission to publish your creative work or personal details.
Private files and sensitive information
Optional supporting files and access information are held in private programme storage and are not public by default. Please only share information that is useful for your application or participation support.
Creative work and publication
Creative work is not public by default. Publication, credit, anonymity and final visibility are reviewed separately with participants. Taking part does not require you to publish a finished work.
How long we keep information
Programme records are reviewed at project close and at least annually afterwards. Information that is no longer needed is removed, subject to any legitimate funding, accountability, safeguarding or legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, ask us to consider deletion or restriction, and change optional communication preferences. You can also raise a privacy concern directly with us at any time.
This notice applies to the Common Ground Fenland programme website and its secure application and participant areas. It will be updated if the programme's data handling changes materially.
