Why this role exists

A real delivery responsibility, not a generic job title.

Own the practical production layer of the final showcase so participants can concentrate on their work and choices rather than event logistics.

What you will own

Responsibilities

  • Develop the practical production plan and run-of-show.
  • Coordinate venue, display, playback, signage, credits and permissions.
  • Plan audience flow, access, technical checks and front-of-house needs.
  • Coordinate suppliers and small production purchases within approved scope.
  • Lead install, event readiness and close-down with the project lead.

  • Contributor-ready run-of-show.
  • Post-event close-down and handover notes.
ESSENTIAL

What you should bring

  • Strong creative production or events experience.
  • Excellent logistics and detail management.
  • Calm delivery under time pressure.
  • A participant-first approach to public presentation.
USEFUL

Helpful, not mandatory

  • Exhibition, gallery, festival or community showcase experience.
  • Knowledge of accessible event production.
